Hi I have a 1994 Chrysler New Yorker There is only high speed on the wipers (No low or delay speeds) The wife noticed it on the first rain day after having the EGR Valve replaced. Don't know if events are related wheather they bumped some wires or something or wheather the wiper motor or relay are bad. Please give opinions on what is wrong Thanks

 

Check for corrosion on the wiper relay terminals under the hood. Or even swap them for known good relays. The EGR is on the opposite side of the engine compartment so not sure if they could have done anything.

Ok where is the wiper relay located? is it under the plastic cover that hides the wiper motor/ linkage or somewhere else.
