okay, where do I start? My car will turn over, but stalls out a few seconds later. I can drive it if I keep my foot on the gas (very scary) & both gas and brake to shift.. so, I have replaced all spark plugs, the iac motor, had my throttle body cleaned and changed the throttle position sensor 😧
it's still doing the same thing. I just got back from a local mechanic.. he said may be some wiring issues, but wanted to keep it to find out exactly which.. (costing me an arm and a leg) so I brought it home. Any ideas??

 

how about any codes in the computer before you did any work

 

p0308 and p0420 were the codes that came up

 

how can you have a 308 when the car is a 6 cyl?

I have no idea. very frustrating, engine light is still on.. sometimes it idols high, but usually just dies out. I'm at a loss

 

might want to take a look at those codes again

 

I've had it scanned for codes several times. same codes keep popping up.. hence why I'm on here for any ideas 😧😧

 

nope take it to a shop let them put a more powerful scanner on it
