2000 Chrysler Cirrus LXI 2.5L no spark to half of cylinders HELP!!!!
2000 Chrysler Cirrus LXI 2.5L set for a few months now trying to get it running again only problem it had before was it didn't want to start when it was raining.. now trying to get it running again I've had to replace the fuel pump I put spark plugs and wires on it because it's only getting spark to three of six cylinders and even now that I've replaced the plugs and wires it's still only has spark on three of six cylinders any ideas what could be causing this condition?? Any and all help is appreciated
How many miles on the vehicle?
Which 3 plugs are not firing and how was this determined? All on the same bank (rear 1,3,5 or front 2,4,6) or a mix?
Were the distributor cap and rotor replaced when you did the wires? Note there are 2 different rotors (different shaft size) and the only means to know the size is to pull the rotor. Get both sizes with the understanding you can return the one that does not fit.
