Default 2002 T/C Van
Sometimes in the van it will blow out hot air sometimes cold. We have replaced hoses, water pump, thermosat. Could someone help to explain what it could be?

if you notice any water on the front passenger side floor you have heater coil issues...not an easy fix sadly....the symptoms you describe do apply to this issue..
