Default 2005 pt cruiser won't start

So I am at a loss. My car won't start. I turn the key and there is nothing. The dash lights work but nothing else. I have had the battery and starter tested, they were both good. I've replaced the ignition acuator and the ignition switch. I've checked the fuses and replaced the one that was bad. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Starter relay?

Actually, there are probably over a hundred different parts that must work to start a car. A bad electrical connection, failed relay, broken wire, failed switch, random short, corrosion in a connection and many other things can be responsible. Somebody using logic, patience and the right tools is going to have to go through the various systems one by one in a logical fashion and hunt down the problem. Beware of somebody wanting to throw random, expensive parts at the car in the hope of chancing on a solution.

I tested the starter relay and it works. Does anyone have a wiring diagram for 2005 pt cruiser touring edition nonturbo. Also, I should mention that I had someone put in a new starter a couple of months ago and I found out that he didn't have it tightened down all the way. I had it tested before I tightened it back up.
