I bought this with a conversion with a Handicap ramp. It has a 3.8
My question is how many quarts for a transmission fluid change and why would they not change filter if they stated it was dirty and a little burnt.
It has 31,000 miles on it.

 

if u replace the filter start with 4 then check it

who is THEY and what did they state?

a trans service fluid is about 5 quarts if they did a trans flush 16 is right on
