When I shift my 2018 Pacfica from park to drive or reverse to drive it will hesitate 2-3 seconds before moving after i press the accelerator. Seems to happen most often when vehicle is warm. Have had the problem over a year. On first trip to dealer they replaced the valve body and that seemed to help for a little while then problem reappeared and seemed to get worse. After many repeat trips the dealer finally put a new (remanufactured) transmission in under the manufacturer's warranty. It's still having the exact same issue. Any thoughts? Also vehicle seems much louder when idling after the new transmission. That seems odd, any thoughts on that? Thank you

As to your question, you might want to check out the Lemon Laws in your state if you can't get the dealer to fix the problem. Keep all your paperwork in the meantime.
