carwas sitting put in a new battery barely starts flicking lights had to jump it,once started ran moved it ,shut it off wont start!. clicking no crank but yet securityalarm works an door locks an windows as well, anybodys help would be great!

 

A little thin on information.
Battery charged and good?
Disassemble and clean all battery connections? Battery, B+ jump post & Ground at the strut tower?
Have seen solenoid contacts in the starter case issues also.....
