Hello Forum, just picked up 2008 Aspen, 5.7, limited. Huge miles 230,000. Body fair, some exterior rust, paint ok. Engine quiet, trans shifts smootly. I just replaced front shocks, rotors and pads. Will do upper, lower ball joints, tie rods next weekend.
Previously owned new 2004 Durango, slt, 5.7. We sold it coincidentally with 230k. 2018 we sold a 300c awd with 190k. We are familliar with the 5.7 motor. Yet to have an engine related break down. 300c awd transmission different story.
My wife drove the 300c awd. Totally forgot about the radio and electronic gremlins. Replaced the radio with after market. Factory radio would work in the morning. Then nothing the next time you drove it.

Joined the forum to find fixes for the electronics. Radio works when it wants to. Turn the key, no start. No click, all warning lights come up. Open door, unlock doors, close door, car now starts. Wondering if replacing pcm/ecu is the fix. Now to explore the forum.
