Default Buick lover turned Chrysler lover

I got my 95 Cirrus Lxi in 2005, I love it. i bought it after my park ave died.I have had minimal issues untill the transmission started to show trouble, had it rebuilt in Oct 06,now it wont start when it rains. I am trying to talk my husband into getting a Nitro at least figure out what is wrong with it. The car doesn't want to tell on itself , so i figured maybe someone else has had the same issue....looking forward to chatting with other owners.

I posted my question in the cirrus section, it will not turn over when it is raining or right after it rains... when it finally does it acts like it is chokeing and quits or runs very rough... when i put it in drive and attemt to drive it,it either quits or does not move, i have to put the peddle to the floor to get it to go. after it warms up it runs fine. it is a 2.5L v6 h. hope that helps

I just got a call from the dealer he is saying it is moisture in the distributer... wouldn't the issue happen all the time if it is the distributer?
