Default Central Infotainment not working

Is anyone else having issues with their central control system? I purchased my Chrysler 2 months ago and immediately had issue with with the touch screen controls. The navigation randomly maps locations, the radio stations randomly changes stations, the phone cancels call requests and calls any one in my saved contacts randomly. The climate control turns off the rear controls and makes independent temperature changes. It also randomly changes from screen to screen.

I have called Chrysler and gone to the dealership and after 2 months there is no solution. Looking to see if anyone else had recent issues with their 2017 Chrysler and what your experience has been with finding a solution.

Hi danasfran,

I'm sorry to hear this. What vehicle model do you have?
