Chrysler 200 stuck in neutral!

Default Chrysler 200 stuck in neutral!

So last night my car wouldn’t turn on and I had to get it jumpstarted. I drove it home fine no issues I turned it off then tried turning it on and it was fine. This morning I tried turning it on and it was the same issue. And hour later I had to jumpstart it for it to turn on and it seems to be stuck in neutral and I’ve already tried removing the battery to see if that fixes the problem and nothing. Has anybody had the same issue or knows what can possibly be wrong? It’s not even drivable atm

How old is the battery? A dying battery will require a jump to start the engine and will cause strange thing to happen otherwise. Have the battery checked and load tested. Replace if necessary.
