Hi bigrob,
I was unable to find any TSBs or recalls related to your concern. I would recommend having your local FCA service technician diagnose the vehicle if this concern persists. Let me know if I can be of any assistance to you!

You won't get any help from Chrysler here. This forum is for and by Chrysler owners. You could try to bring your complaint to the zone office near you but I doubt that you'll get much sympathy from them. That's a nine-year-old model now and very few car companies will do anything for a problem like that unless it's safety related and cause for a recall.

Dealerships charge their price for a repair like that. Try shopping around. You might be able to do better. Make sure whoever you hire will stand behind his work.

Hmmm it could be a simple vent selector error. Have you tried inspecting the selectors? Also, when was the last time you cleaned the system?
