I have a 2004 Sebring with a 2.4l engine. the problem is it shows 20mph when its in park or stopped. it coded a output shaft speed sensor which I replaced the problem went away for a day and now is back. I thought I read somewhere that a faulty alternator could actually be the problem.. any truth to this?
