Default Concorde ATC

I have a 94 Concorde that blows on high whether it is heat mode or AC. It was working fine until the battery was disconnected. Now I have no blower control. High or nothing. I did a diagnostics check and it gave me a code of 36 (ATC head communication failure) Is this something that can be reset or do I have a problem.

There's a fan control module that the ATC control head communicates with in order to control the fan speeds. That fan control module needs replacement.

Default Fan Control module

Is that where you adjust speed and the temperature or is there something else hidden under the dash?

It's down under near the blower.
