So I deep cleaned my aspen and now it says “no bus” and the svc 4wd at highway speeds it’s fine but slower town traffic the traction control light comes on an acts like the front differential is locking up. I have another front differential but are my problems all electrical??

Sounds like you got water in the transfer case motor or on the connectors for it. It's ben a common issue for many of us. With all the electronics these days on vehicles, you have to use extreme caution when trying to clean in or around the engine bay area including the underside driveline. Hopefully it will clear itself out in a few weeks after it all dries out but that's a big hope.
