Dash board split
Welcome to the forum. There's no "easy fix". If you are referring to the soft vinyl padding, you might be able to patch it with a vinyl repair kit which are widely available. The problem with those kits is matching the color and texture of the surface, which are difficult to do well.
Dealerships sell parts for 10 years beyond production. Since the 2007 T&C is essentially the same as the 2006, you can probably get a new replacement dash, but replacing it will be expensive and difficult.
Personally, given that the car is 10 years old, I'd opt for the first choice. You might want also to buy one of those folding cardboard sun shades to put in the front windshield to lessen sun damage.
