Diesel levels

Default Diesel levels
hi guys just wondering if any can give me some advice I have a 2002 grand voyage 2.5 diesel and the diesel never seems to be right on the clock level one day could be in the red next day could have quarter of a tank so my question is can I change something or reset something to so it will work properly??
