Thumbs up Greetings from a Toyota fan

Sold my 2010 Tundra to a private party, being retired I couldn't keep up with the gas consumption even though I loved my truck it was time to buy something that got better mileage and since I was attracted to the 300 I decided to get into one of them. I bought an X rental from a lot here in Oregon that had picked it up at auction in Indiana. The unfortunate thing is that I got used to a few things in my truck that the X rental didn't have like telephone Bluetooth and Home Link. I've added those things after market but sure wish I had the factory installed items. The Portland area dealers wanted about a $1000.00 for the two of those things installed so after market I went. Enough about the negatives though. I am really happy with the car so far it is a 2010 300 Touring I've had the windows tinted, chrome B pillars, Bentley grille, chrome wheel well thingys and window vent thingys installed. I especially like the great gas mileage I'm getting with the 3.5 liter, 16 to 17 MPG in town driving. It is so much better than the 11.5 MPG I was getting with the Tundra. Well there you have it a little about my new ride I look forward to lots of feedback from your members regarding any questions or mods I may decide to do.

I actually bought a Double cab 4.7 in 2007 when the 1/2 ton first came out and then upgraded to the the Crewmax 5.7 in 2010. The 5.7 supposedly gets 1 mpg better mileage because of the 6th gear. Very nice trucks though.
