hi and hello to everyone

 

since im new here I need some help I have a 2010 Chrysler town&country touring plus it have a rbz radio it have uconect but wont work so how can I make it work or do I need to do any update on the radio

My question is that do I have to buy special equipment in order that uconect to work on my radio , Bec when I push U conect it say unavailable same with voice comand and does this radio can get update from usb or cd thank U for helping me
