Default Just Bought 01 LXI

I just bought a 2001 Chrysler Sebring LXI. Went today to look at it and see what they could do w/ the price and I got a great deal and I am picking it up tomorrow. I traded my 2000 Cavalier in. Going to miss the Chevy it has been good to me. I know that is probably a mistake saying that here. So this car is awesome. Took it for a test drive and rides great. Its fully loaded w/ leather, sunroof, V6 2.7 engine, heated seats, 6 disc changer I think either that or its a 3 disc, can't remember. I did do some research on these cars. Didn't see to many reviews that were bad. Maybe 2 out of 10 said that the ride was rough or something like that, but I enjoyed it the 10 miles I drove it. Any body have any comments about them? Suggestions?
They would be greatly appreciated. Also any websites I can visit for some aftermarket parts. Thanks
Chris

Thanks. I am going to miss the cavy though. Thing was just as fast as the Sebring I just got. But I am in love w/ this thing already!!! My wife loves it too!! We are expecting so I had to buy a 4 door. I had my fun for the last 4 yrs doing mods to the cav and going to shows. Its fun and I know it was worth it b/c I learned alot about doing my own work on my cars and not letting dealers rip me off. We also have a 99 dodge durango 5.2 litre V8. We love that but the thing has so many problems. Bought it from her parents w/ 48k on it for 12k dollars. It was a steal. They leased it and just wanted payoff. The thing goes every where in the snow. My two neighbors have one too and the one has a plow on it. I want a plow on mine now!! But thats the wifes car so she said NO!!! I replaced the water pump on it and the lower tie rod ends myself about a yr after we bought it. Also the damn ball joints went. Thank god I knew a kid that knew a kid that worked at a dodge dealership and got them done for 350. Parts and all. I wasn't tackling that job. Well thanks, I'll post pics hopefully soon.

Sorry you had so many problems with the Durango. My mother's '00 has had virtually no problems...

Check out www.DodgeForum.com for your Durango...

That one yr from a 99-00 is a huge difference. I know my neighbors have an 00 and an 01 and they have had no problems other than general maitenance. Water pump ok but I heard from the dealership that every 50k to 60k the ball joints need replaced!! That is not general maitenance! Thanks guys
