Hello, hoping this will be the site to network out to find out how to work on my PT Cruiser. It's an 06 base that is Intense Blue Pearl. Picked it up pretty cheap. Needed some repairs. I have done a bunch to the car but there are still more to do. So far, replaced the hood, 3rd brake light assembly, tailgate lock assembly, 3rd wiper assembly, and the hatch wiring harness. New battery, new wipers, new rear brakes, all new exterior lights, new tail light housings, new exhaust, new Watts Link and some small odds and ends. Only items left are the ignition actuator and the ignition switch which are ordered and due next Tuesday. A/C does not work properly. Its charged, compressor cycles but the air is not as cold as it should be. Hope it's not a huge repair? Anyhow, enjoying this unique car and it's fun to drive. Not liking the hubcaps and 15 inch wheels. Wondering if there are better choices and bigger size wheels in alloy that may fit. Going to have to start looking.
