LHS issue.

LHS issue.
My 1999 LHS is the best car I ever owned. Unfortunately, the mechanic working on my car does not have a good heart. She possibly installed the heater core hoses incorrectly. I noticed yesterday all of a sudden the coolant resevoir backed up with coolant within the inner walls overheating.
I couldn't believe it. My LHS was working fine until she touched it. Now, I can't even move the car.
Can anyone give me some insight about the heater core hoses, please?
