Default lost my car key need help

Hello everyone,
I own a 2020 PACIFICA TOURING L edition and unfortunately i lost my keys.
I had 2 sets of keys and both are lost. The dealer told me i have to tow the car there so they can program a new chip transponder key to start the car.
I saw it online but i am not sure it that will work.
The dealer want $400 for the first key and additional $200 for the second one.
Sounds a bit strange to me,
Any ideas?
Thanks!

Hi all,
just wanted to update you guys, if someone has the same situation.
Found a great website with so useful tips on how to get a replacement.
$400 as the dealer told me is WAYYYYYYY too high. You can find a locksmith who can come to your location and cut and program the key for you for about $300.
Take a look here, although i hope you wont need it:

hope this helps!

There's a lesson here:

1. Always have a second key for your car someplace.

2. Don't lose the first one.

3. If you lose the first one, get a replacement made from your back-up key immediately. It's MUCH cheaper.

Well, it's definitely been a hectic couple of days... all good now, got a locksmith to come out, worked out cheaper than the dealer option... got a spare done, too....
