mph jumps to 50 and stays, 98 town and country 3.8

rpm running fine but mph goes to 50 real fast and stays till i stop then it drops slowly. i used to hit it to correct it but that doesn't work anymore.

bad printed circuit board more then likely in the cluster

when it was working it wouldn't go past 54.
