Just recently bought a 2013 Chrysler Town & Country. I want a front-tag bracket for a personalized tag. Any suggestions?

Try a junkyard or eBay.
Of course, when there's a crash, the front plate bracket is the very first thing that gets it. ;-)
If you don't mind paying top $, there's always the dealer.
