Default new member, instrument panel fix

Hello, New member here. I have a 99 dodge grand caravan (Chrysler guts!) And I did the cold solder fix to fix the slap dash issues. Now after I've installed it though the speedometer starts at 25mph with the car in park and never goes below that unless I shut the van off. The fuel gauge as well shoots up past maximum. Any advice on how to fix the panel to show correctly from here?

Uh that's nice but I'm looking for a diy solution, not an advertisement to spend nearly $200 to mail the cluster away. Also, no actual information is supplied on the website you advertised that actually really helps at all.
