If anyone has an idea on how to help, I would appreciate. I have a 1998 Concorde with a radio that is receiving power and AM radio, but the FM dial is all static. If I try to seek a station, it just goes up and down the dial and never stops. I am not the most knowledgeable when it comes to cars, so hopefully this isn't a stupid question.

 

Sounds like it could either be a bad antenna, or the radio its self has the FM tuner out of it... Is this a stock radio or aftermarket.
