Upgrading 2023 Chrysler 300 headlights

Upgrading 2023 Chrysler 300 headlights
I had to retire my 2014 Chrysler 300C in October. After several years of ownership I upgraded my headlights to LED and it was fantastic - I could spot a squirrel on a powerline 2 miles away.
I now have a 2023 Chrysler 300 and wanting the same type of headlights. As I search, mainly Amazon, I cannot find LED replacements for headlights - just fog light, ATV, off-road, etc. Both 9005. Why? The "fog lights" which are 6500K, 20,000 lumens etc, are exactly what I want. Are the "fog lights" not street legal and they are trying to discourage using them for highway use?
