This is my smilie version of a dunce cap. My neighbor works at a dealership and mentioned posting on this forum. I said what the hell is a forum, but now I feel a bit more enlightened.

Anyone out there who might know why my parking/taillights on my '96 Grand Voyager will turn on randomly with the keys out and light **** turned off, I'm all ears. The issue drained my battery twice before I figured out they randomly go on.

The headlights work, I just pull the taillight fuses every time I park it to save my battery. I have replaced the body control module per my local Chrysler dealer, and the issue still persists.
