well i did quit but it was to late my lungs are damaged
so if anybody out there still smokes QUIT this is from a person that would not listen
do it now

If you are having a hard time quitting, pick up a new hobby. Really, it works. Like pick up RC cars.

 

update on my condition since i stopped smoking well i use a nebulizer 2 times a day an the doctor gave me some samples of spiriva to try but doesnt help
what he did say that it will get worse an nothing he could do
i can hardly do anything without getting out of breath
YOU NEED TO STOP SMOKING

 

best suggestion is use nicorette it has no harmful products in it.

 

i started smoking last thanksgiving and i got up to a pack a day by mid december. quit at the end of january and started again in march. then i quit again at the end of march and now I want to get back into it so badly. no bueno!
keep chugging brotha, it gets easier eventually
