Unbelievable, but true.
I was busy dealing with a wasp's nest this morning, when I noticed my neighbor's Citroen Picasso being loaded onto the AA flatbed truck. I asked the driver what was wrong with it, and he replied with the straightest face I've ever seen, that the windscreen/windshield wipers were stuck halfway through their travel -- and indeed when I looked they were.
Am I dreaming here?
I owned a Citroen C4 one time, and it was a very good car; nippy, good diesel engine, not bad on fuel, no squeaks rattles or groans.
Until one day it decided to set itself on fire in Morley, a small town nr. Leeds. It was a £7,500 write-off. All because the ABS unit had not been modified to stop it setting the car on fire.
So I looked up the previous #1 owner -- it was "Citroen Leasing".
Who says cars are better made now than they were in the 1970s?
Not me.
