Urgent request please, static caravan re-site required
Hi to try to keep a long and painful saga short, my Mother in Law has had a Static Caravan in Sunnyvale Camp Site Rhyl Flintshire UK, for the last 25 years, updating as required, the site has employed a new Manager, apparently he is from the local Haven Site, and a bit of a Bullying ****, he wants to revamp the whole site, he has upset many people and uses underhanded tactics to acheave his ultimate goal, well people staying in the MIL's Static had a problem in the Clubhouse, exact details as yet are unknown, the Manager has taken this opportunity to tell the MIL that her Static will be moved to the access road and she is then responsible to get it re-sited, apparently all services have already been removed, any one with a Legal incite to this? or know of a Site in North Wales that would be able to re-site the Static?

A similar thing happened to me on a site in Arbroath. The site was sold and changed to a retirement complex rather than holiday site. I looked into it but there was nothing I could do other than move the caravan off site.

I would be more concerned as to how much they will charge to allow the tow vehicle onsite in order to remove the MIL's van.
In the South East sites reserve the right to charge upto £1500 for removal ...........Thus rendering the van worthless.
These site owners are unscrupulous in their dealings...All ways round they win.
Also she might struggle to find a site willing to accept such an old van.
Good luck whatever happens.
