Default What is the best garage floor treatment ?

I have a 3 car garage and do a lot of car repairs
It used to be just concrete and was dirty, not ideal to find parts or work well
I decided to cover it with a grey paint from Home Depot but found out it does not last well (it is too easily damaged by tools, heat ...)
I am now considering the next best step, from stripping and resurfacing the concrete to an new paint or cover

What is your best solution ?
What would be your advice ?

Much appreciated !!

Go with carpeting. Much nicer to lay on while under the car. ;-)

I am interested in what people suggest too. I had not too great of success from Rust-oleum. Flaked and chipped after a little over a year. I'd like one of the click together floorings, but those systems tend to be a little above my price range.
