Default 1989 Grand Voyager leaking evaporator

I have a leaking evaporator. There is no evidence of an ac leak under the hood. Does anyone know how long it takes to change one?

The evaporator coil is located within the HVAC plenum under the dash. Getting to it requires removal of the entire dash. Your best bet is to invest in a shop manual like a Haynes or similar, read through the required steps and then decide if you and your tool box are up to it. If you don't have them already, buy a set of plastic trim tools. They will be worth their weight in gold.
