My son bought a used 200 and as soon as he drove off the lot the car shut down in middle of road. Interior exterior and panel lights all worked fine with exception of hazards. Dealership picked it up and said they found blown fuse, replaced it and the car ran fine. The car has now done the same thing so i checked the fuse box and there was blown fuse (10 amp cavity 33). I tried to replace and two fuses inserted blew upon insertion with engine off and key not in ignition.

Cavity 33 Switch Bank/ Diagnostic Link Connector/ Powertrain Control Module (PCM)

Can anybody explain this and how to fix?

Welcome to the forum and congrats on the new 200.
Being a 2013, is there any warranty remaining?
I wouldn't hesitate to bring this ongoing issue to the attention of the dealership again and request they inspect and resolve.
Keep the thread updated if you can.
