89 Lebaron won't stay running
Hey everyone,
I'm gonna try to make this short. Had 2 Lebarons...88 and 89, so I swapped evertyhing from the 89 to the 88 which has a mint body. What I mean by everything is...Complete Wire Harness, motor and tranny, complete interior including the dash and all, fuel pump, exhaust....everything the car needed to run...I changed. I have plugged everything back together and I know this because I numbered all plugs...and I double checked the whole car about 10 times...honestly. There is fuel pressure....I start it up, and it runs for about 1/2 to 1 second, then shuts off.....I honestly don't even know where to start and what to check....Please anyone who has ANY suggestions what so ever contact me...Please don't tell me to bring it to a garage, since I can't afford that at all!!
Thanks alot in advance everyone

I think that maybe a fuel filter after all that change? I don't know about the ignition switch. If you didn't change that, could there be a different contact in the run position?

Well thanks for helping, but I found the problem! I couldn't believe that this is all it was, but the fuel return line at the gas tank was kinked!!! And now it runs perfectly.....
Hope this helps to someone else in the future...
