Unhappy Crankshaft position sensor-1990

Where is this sensor on a Chrysler LeBaron convertible 3.0 V6? Google doesn't know, the local Dodge dealer doesn't know. Does anyone on this site know? Does it even have one? The problem is no spark. Replaced distributor and coil, still no spark.

Suggest posting on 'allpar.com'. There are a number of gearheads that should be able to help locate the sensor (if present) and diagnosing the issue you are having.

Up high? Down low? Radiator side? Firewall side? After removing starter and not seeing it on the block behind starter, I took a peek around the bellhousing but didn't see it. Hiding underneath something?
