This is a long shot but I'll try anyway. I have a spare key and if this is your car, I would like to get it to you. I've apparently had it all these years and just found it. I guess I traded the car with only one key set. My bad.

I am from PA and traded in the car late 90s or early 2000s If you are the second owner, the mileage would have been just over 100k. The interior was perfect at the time, but the paint was starting to go away. I do not have Carfax but as near as I can tell the car now has about 177k and is in NC? The car is a 2.5L turbo LeBaron GTC hard-top coupe. Automatic. Analog dash. Radiant red. Grey cloth interior. Overhead console. Driver airbag. Chrysler Infinity sound system. No CD player*. Power driver seat with lumbar. Power heated mirrors. 16" tires & wheels. Rear deck luggage holder. The car was sold new to me in Allentown, PA early 1989. Dealer demo with about 2k miles. Traded in Schuylkill Haven.

*I had it removed for a credit during purchase.
