performance miledge chip

I want to buy a RS4 Performance Chip for my 2009 300C, will this void my warranty and will i get better miledge?

yes and no

any add on will void PCM warranty
rule of thumb U cant get more horse power and better gas mileage at the same time one has to be given up.
