Default 97 Sebring Convertible 2.5L V6 problem.

Okay so my car sounds like it needs oil, but when I go to check my oil (While the car is on a level surface) it is just barely under the line that says full. I also looked under the car after one night and there's a decent size puddle of oil on the ground. It looks like the oil was leaking from around the oil pump. Any idea what this problem can be?

If your oil pump is failing you need to get it checked out and fixed immediately. Lack of oil pressure can destroy an engine in a matter of minutes.

This will be helpful to me as well. My 97 does the exact same thing.
