Default Headlight

I have been driving and can't figure out what I need to fix this problem
My driver headlight and turnsignal are different colors then the passengers. I changed the bulbs and that did not fix the problem, the dealer said it takes 200 hours to get the xenon into the natural state. Which it has been way over that and no change in color.
The headlight is a yellowish and no way near as bright as the other one. The Turn signal is brighter and looks more faded then the passenger also.
Is it as simple as buying a new housing? If anybody can help thanks.

do you have any pics so we can see what you are talking about? You said you bought new bulbs, did you buy a set for both left and right? with the bulbs out does the housing look a different color? Are the housings glass or plastic? My Pacifica isn't here for me to check out. If it is plastic there is a compound that you can buff into it to make them look like new. Other than replacing the bulbs with the same type you can get a multimeter to ensure both sides are getting the voltage. A drop in voltage might make one seem duller than the other. Hope this helps

Are you talking about the lens' looking different or the actual output of the bulbs? When you bought new bulbs (as mentioned above) did you buy for both sides? Perhaps that housing has been replaced with a used one or even aftermarket or it's possible that the bulb you bought is a different temperature.

sorry it took me a bit to get back, laptop broken
I will add some pictures in a bit, it doesnt seem that the housing is affected at all, the orange bulb seem a lot brighter then the good side, but the main bulb which i changed twice just to make sure it wasnt the bulb is the lighter one. I will get a voltage meter, that seems to be the most reasonable problem.
I will add pic soon so you can see the difference.
