Question HEkp: 2007 Pacifica cluster missing lights?

I purchased a 2007 pacifica touring for my wife and had it a week no problems but I noticed not all the cluster lights turn on at start up. the abs, brake, esp do not light up. Is this normal? also the ESP button on console does nothing? is this something I can check myself or does a dealer need to do it?
