Thank you for this forum. I just stumbled across it, and it is great! I have a 2005 Pac Touring and absolutly love it. We have had it for almost a year now and started to experience some problems. When stopping we felt a grinding and then heard a knock in the front end. To make a long story short, after having the brakes inspected and changed, we thought that this would take care of the problem, well it didn't. So far we have changed brakes twice, a new tie-rod end, replaced front struts and none of this fixed the problem. Went back to the dealer and after two days, I was told that my control arm and rack and pinion have play in them and they will be replaced next week. Thank goodness for warranties and TSBs. So now that the whole front end of my car is brand new, I look forward to many more years of enjoying this vehicle.
