Trying to help a friend with his JXi. Randomly the alarm will go off. They just want to disable it all together. I googled it and found the following:
Press unlock on the remote
Then insert key into driver side door and turn forward.
Is this correct? I haven't been over there to try it yet.
Also, randomly while driving, the dome lights will flash and the door locks trigger. I'm thinking that one of the door sensors is faulting. Has anyone seen this problem before?
Thanks,
Woody

this will only turn the alarm off this currant time it wont disable it completely.
If that could be done then every crook would be doing it and taking the cars and that would be pointless to have the system installed then.
