2000 2.5l runs rough when hot

I'm fairly new to this forum and I have a 2000 2.5l and 1/2 throttle up the car runs rough. When the car has been driven for a while and it sits for a half hour or so it starts but runs very rough and eventually dies and won't start back up until it cools again then it runs fine.. Any suggestions? Replaced plugs, wires, distributor cap, and new air filter. Thanks for replies
