Default Odd Rough Idle when hot

I have a odd idling problem on my 2002 3.3 UK Grand Voyager, it runs fine no problems but after you are stuck in traffic at a standstill for a while and it seems to get hot (Temperature gauge remains normal) it seems to idle up and down, not quite a stall but it feels like its going to do it sometimes.

Any ideas ?

Check out your stepper motor (sometimes called an idle control valve), in addition to any coil packs, and leads. These sometimes start to break down when things get hot.
