05 3.3 town&country ac not coolin

Default 05 3.3 town&country ac not coolin

2005 town&country 3.3L single unit ac
managed to get it to cool but not cooling as it should lowest it got was 57*
so far ive replaced expansion valve and receiver dryer pulled two 30min vacuums and charged it up with 1.5lbs of refrigerant
ive thrown water on the condensor but no real big change in temp
compressor seems to be kicking in find

i messed with the blend door actuator did a reset on the actuators everything seems to be working fine there

next step ima take is blow out the condensor and evap core while i got the lines disconnected

im a toyota tech but not too exp on ac work
id appreciate any other tips....my mom needs her van :P

reading on my gauges were
low 40-50
high 250-275
i forgot the exact readings but they were in that range and they werent fluctuating too eratic

one other thing temp doesnt change driving or idling..and both fans come on

first of all 2 things one do u have it on recurlate inside air? second I dont have enough freon in there look on the little label for the correct amount.

yes its on recirculate and the label says 1.5lbs for 3.3 single unit and 2.38lbs for dual unit
