I was wondering if there is a lift gate adjustment on the 2012 T&C. Years ago they used to have rubber stoppers that you could just screw in or out to add tension to the door latch and I don't see anything like that, my door seems to rattle or thump when I am going down the road, putting a shop towel near the latch to take up space between lift gate and interior trim to add tension when the gate closes seems to fix it, any ideas. I don't feel like sitting at the dealership for a couple hours if there is an easy fix.

 

I dont have a direct answer but i suggest on you going to your choice of auto parts store and buying a Haynes manual. They are fill with great help
