Question rubbish brakes

Hi all, had the voyager in local garage for mot which it failed on brakes, gave the garage the go ahead to repair them.....problem is they are worse than when they went in....i got the garage to pressure bleed them after the normal way failed.

it has abs and the garage dont have the scan tool to cycle the abs pump to bleed it........ive now got the car back from the garage and i was hoping there is another to bleed the abs pump without taking it to the main dealer.

would this work or am i wasting my time............drive the car over 12mph which then runs the start up cycle for the abs, park up then base bleed again then repeat until no air comes out??? is the start up cycle different to the scan tool abs cycle??

or is the any other way??

peter
